Some people have a tattoo put in a place that must be revealed in order to view say a hip or just above the nipple or right on the pubic line. Tattoos are less about the art of inking ones body and moreover a reason to show ones erogenous zone to complete and total strangers. Don't be duped. These people rarely want the kind of attention that follows exposing your Mons Venus to an unknown member of the opposite sex. They tend to be prudish gimps with an exhibition fetish.
